We're very ambitious but we also recognize the need to rest and recharge. We encourage you to take your PTO and enjoy our company holidays.

Team-First Mentality

Having helped create a strong culture in our previous company that was recognized numerous times by Crain’s as one of their Best Places to Work, we believe in creating a team-first organization where no individual is greater than the whole.

Parental Leave

We believe it is critical to do our part in helping people build strong families. Even though we're a "smaller" startup, we still offer all full-time employees our paid family leave policy.

About Play.

Play was founded by four partners: JoonYong Park, Michael Ferdman, Eric Eng and Dan LaCivita, who all come from different backgrounds and disciplines. We all worked together for over 15 years at design and technology agency, Firstborn, which was founded by Michael in 1997.

After creating hundreds of digital experiences for clients, we shifted our focus to rethinking how teams could design and build digital products, in search of a better way.

We’re on a mission, not just to build another design tool, but to create a new paradigm that empowers product teams to create more thoughtful and impactful digital products.

Play is an equal opportunity workplace. We are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, gender identity or veteran status.
